CLEANING SERVICE PRICING

Pricing based on the actual scope, not just an estimate

Every facility has different operating conditions, surfaces and cleaning requirements. We therefore prepare the final price according to the actual scope of work and the conditions of the specific site.

Clear scope of service The quotation specifies which activities are included in the proposed price.
Pricing for the specific facility We take into account the size, layout, operating regime and accessibility of the premises.
Indicative prices for selected services Standardised services have a starting price per square metre.

PRICE CALCULATION

What affects the final cleaning price

Two jobs with the same floor area may differ in the amount of time, equipment and staff required. We therefore consider not only the number of square metres, but also how the premises are used and the conditions in which the service will be carried out.

Size and layout of the premises

We consider not only the total floor area, but also the number of rooms, amount of furniture and the proportion of space that is actually cleaned.

  • Total and usable floor area
  • Number of rooms and floors
  • Complexity and amount of equipment

Frequency and timing

Regular cleaning is planned differently from a one-off service or work performed outside normal business hours.

  • Number of visits per week or month
  • Daytime, evening or weekend service
  • Required completion date

Type and condition of surfaces

Different materials require different working procedures, equipment, cleaning products and amounts of time.

  • Carpets, hard floors and sensitive surfaces
  • Age and technical condition of the material
  • Required cleaning method

Level of soiling and facility use

The time required depends on the current condition of the premises, the number of users and the type of activities carried out there.

  • Standard or exceptional levels of soiling
  • Number of employees and visitors
  • Office, warehouse or operational environment

Accessibility and site restrictions

The calculation also reflects the transport of equipment, movement of staff and the conditions under which the cleaning can be carried out safely.

  • Parking and distance from the entrance
  • Lifts, staircases and work at height
  • Safety and operating restrictions

Products, equipment and consumables

The quotation may include cleaning products, machinery, working tools and the regular supply of hygiene and other consumable materials.

  • Cleaning products used for the service
  • Machinery and specialised equipment
  • Hygiene and consumable materials

WHY PRICE PER M² ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH

The same floor area does not always mean the same workload

Open-plan office area

  • Fewer separate rooms
  • Easily accessible floor areas
  • Consistent operation and standard soiling

Complex operating facility

  • More rooms, staircases and surface types
  • Movement of equipment and operating restrictions
  • Different requirements in individual zones

Although both facilities may have the same total floor area, the required number of staff, equipment and working time can be different.

A site visit helps prevent inaccurate pricing

For regular cleaning and larger jobs, we recommend a site visit. It allows us to determine the correct scope of work, time requirements, necessary equipment and actual operating conditions.

WHAT THE QUOTATION INCLUDES

Before the service begins, you will know what the price includes

A quotation is more than one final amount. It clearly defines the proposed scope of service, frequency, method of delivery and the items included in the calculation.

01

Scope of agreed work

The quotation specifies which activities are included in the service and which parts of the facility they apply to.

  • Specific cleaning activities
  • Rooms and areas covered by the service
  • Any one-off or additional work
02

Frequency and timing

For regular cleaning, we define the frequency and time schedule. For a one-off job, we state the agreed date or delivery period.

  • Number of visits per week or month
  • Daytime, evening or weekend service
  • Expected start date
03

Products, tools and equipment

We clearly state which products and equipment we provide and whether any facilities or materials supplied by the client will also be used.

  • Standard cleaning products and working tools
  • Machinery or specialised equipment
  • Storage and equipment access conditions
04

Operating conditions

The quotation may also include the assumptions on which the calculation is based and which affect the organisation of the work.

  • Access to and handover of the premises
  • Availability of water, electricity or facilities
  • Safety and operating restrictions
05

Price and billing method

We state the final price, the billing unit and any division between regular and additional services.

  • Monthly fee or price per completed service
  • Unit price for selected activities
  • Information on whether the price excludes VAT
06

Conditions for any changes

If the operation or required scope changes during cooperation, we first assess the effect on the service and price together.

  • Changes to frequency or scope
  • New premises or operating requirements
  • Additional one-off work
We adapt the level of detail to the type of job A smaller one-off job may require a shorter quotation. For regular cleaning or a larger facility, a more detailed specification of activities, frequencies and responsibilities can be included.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Frequently asked questions about cleaning prices

The final price depends on the specific service, scope of work and conditions of the facility. Below you will find answers to the most common questions before a quotation is prepared.

Are the prices shown including or excluding VAT?

The prices shown on this page are indicative and exclude VAT. VAT at the applicable statutory rate will be added to the final amount. The exact price and tax calculation will always be stated in the specific quotation.

Can an accurate price be prepared without a site visit?

For smaller or standard one-off jobs, photographs, an approximate floor area and a description of the required work may be sufficient. For regular cleaning, larger facilities or technically demanding work, we recommend a site visit so that the calculation reflects the actual conditions.

Is there a minimum job price?

The minimum price may vary according to the type of service, location, equipment required and the time needed for preparation and delivery. For smaller jobs, the price is therefore influenced not only by the floor area, but also by transport, equipment and basic organisational requirements. We always confirm the specific minimum price before the order.

Is transport included in the price?

This depends on the location, type of job and the amount of equipment being transported. The quotation will always state whether transport is included in the final amount or charged separately. For jobs outside the usual service area, the distance and travel time may also affect the price.

What happens if the scope changes during the job?

If it becomes clear on site that work beyond the confirmed quotation is required, we will first inform you of the situation. Any effect on the scope, timing or price will be agreed before the additional work is carried out.

How is the monthly price for regular cleaning calculated?

The monthly price is based on the cleaning specification, frequency of visits, expected time requirements, operating schedule and the required number of staff. It may also reflect the cleaning products, equipment, consumables, cover arrangements and quality control included in the service.
