HOW WE WORK

Cleaning services for business premises without unnecessary hassle

From the first consultation to ongoing quality checks, you have a clearly defined process and responsibility.

We first clarify your requirements, assess the premises and prepare an appropriate scope of service. We then arrange the cleaning team, service delivery and ongoing quality control.

HOW THE COOPERATION WORKS

From the first enquiry to quality control

Every service is set up according to the specific premises, required scope and operational needs. A clearly defined process means you know what will happen next and who is responsible for each step.

01

INITIAL CONTACT

Enquiry and basic information

Tell us what type of cleaning you require, where the premises are located and their approximate size. Photographs or a short description of the current condition are also useful for one-off work.

Useful information to include
  • Type and size of the premises
  • Required frequency or preferred date
  • Specific requirements of the building
02

CLARIFYING YOUR NEEDS

Initial consultation

We discuss the required scope, expected standard, operating hours and any restrictions. We also establish whether cleaning should take place during operation, outside working hours or in individual stages.

Together we clarify
  • The scope of regular cleaning tasks
  • Cleaning times and frequency
  • Access and operational rules
03

SITE ASSESSMENT

On-site inspection

For regular cleaning and larger projects, we inspect the premises in person. We assess the layout, surfaces, level of use and the facilities available for cleaning staff and equipment.

During the visit we assess
  • The layout and use of individual rooms
  • Flooring and other surface types
  • The most heavily used areas
04

PROPOSED SOLUTION

Quotation and cleaning plan

We prepare a quotation defining the scope, frequency and price. For regular cooperation, we also establish the cleaning plan, responsibilities and requirements for products and equipment.

The quotation may include
  • A list of cleaning tasks
  • Frequency and work schedule
  • Products, consumables and equipment
05

SERVICE START

Selection and training of staff

We prepare an appropriate cleaning team for the premises. Staff are introduced to the required tasks, the building, operational rules and the correct use of assigned equipment.

Before the service begins
  • Handover and access arrangements
  • Training based on the cleaning plan
  • Communication and safety rules
06

ONGOING SERVICE

Quality checks and service adjustments

We regularly check the result and communicate with the client's responsible contact. When the operation, use of the premises or required scope changes, we adjust the service accordingly.

During the cooperation we monitor
  • Compliance with the agreed scope
  • Client feedback and requests
  • Changes in the operation or use of the premises
The process is adapted to the type and size of the project Photographs and basic information may be sufficient for smaller one-off jobs. For regular cleaning or larger premises, we recommend an on-site inspection and more detailed service planning.

QUALITY AND COMMUNICATION

Our work does not end once the service is set up

We continuously monitor whether the cleaning matches the agreed scope and the actual needs of the premises. Feedback is handled with the responsible contact and the service is adjusted when the operation changes.

ONGOING CHECKS

We verify the actual cleaning result

Quality checks focus on the agreed tasks, the condition of the most heavily used areas and any differences between the cleaning plan and the current operation of the premises.

Agreed scope We check that the agreed cleaning tasks are completed.
High-traffic areas We monitor entrances, kitchens, toilets and other busy areas.
Supplies and equipment We monitor cleaning products, hygiene supplies and equipment.
Operational changes We consider changes in occupancy or use of the premises.

ONE POINT OF CONTACT

Clear communication

A responsible contact is assigned for routine communication. This person understands the service setup and handles operational requests, feedback and changes.

ONGOING ADJUSTMENTS

The service adapts to your operation

When the use of the premises, number of employees or required standard changes, we adjust the cleaning plan to reflect the current situation.

Quality control is based on the specific service setup The result is assessed according to the agreed cleaning plan, work frequency and current operation of the premises. This helps distinguish an isolated concern from a situation requiring a service change.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Frequently asked questions before starting cooperation

The specific process depends on the type of service, size of the premises and operational requirements. Basic information about setting up regular and one-off cleaning can be found below.

Is an on-site inspection required before preparing a quotation?

We generally recommend an on-site inspection for regular cleaning and larger projects. It helps us assess the layout, surface types, operational use and time required. For smaller one-off jobs, photographs, an approximate area and a brief description may be sufficient for an initial quotation.

How quickly can the cleaning service begin?

The start date depends on the scope, required frequency, availability of staff and equipment. Once the requirements are clarified, we propose a realistic starting date. Regular cleaning also requires preparation of the team, site handover and training based on the cleaning plan.

Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?

The supplied materials are clearly defined in the quotation. We can provide standard cleaning products, tools and required equipment, or use selected items available at the client's premises. Hygiene supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap and bin liners can also be arranged separately.

Will the same cleaner attend our premises?

For regular cleaning, we aim to maintain stable staffing. A regular cleaner becomes familiar with the premises, operational rules and required standard. During holidays, illness or other absence, a replacement cleaner may be required and will receive the necessary information about the site.

Can the cleaning scope or frequency be changed later?

Yes. The operation of the premises may change over time, along with employee numbers, room use or the required standard. We assess the change together and adjust the cleaning plan, time allocation, frequency or pricing where appropriate.

How do you handle feedback about the cleaning?

We need to know the specific location, description of the situation and expected result. We then verify the completed work, cleaning plan and operating conditions. Depending on the findings, we arrange corrective work, update the team's instructions or adjust the scope of service, and then check the result.
